Description of Responsibility:
- Responsible for providing support in the functional areas of Administration Jobs, including reserve, issue the tickets and assist to pay for it; arrange vehicles and control the petrol fees and driver overtime job; reserve hotel according to the requirement; take the minutes at meeting if needed and arrange the conference room before the meeting; distribute minutes; solve the internal issues for each department; coordinate the internal jobs which need cooperation among or between departments.
Experience:
- At least 3years Admin. Assistant/Coordinator or related experience.
- Experienced with softwares such as Excel/Power Point/ Word.
Academic Background:
- Bachelor Degree in Hr Management or Business Administration
