Consortium management

Managing EPC projects in EPC Joint Ventures or Consortiums with Division of responsibility (DOR) from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out. Monitored work, managed conflict, and took corrective actions as needed

Budgets & Schedules

Development of budgets and schedules, managed performance, reports progress, and initiated action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work was performed within budget and according to specifications. Establishing project execution plans with Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure meeting the As Sold goals of Safety, Quality, and Profitability.

Prime Contract & Subcontracts management

Management of all phases of planning and execution of project activities with a variety of scopes that includes engineering, procurement, project controls, construction subcontracts, commissioning and Start up. Managed the financial phases of EPC execution progression with their interfaces and interdependencies. Provided contracts negotiation, scope changes, claims, and conflict resolution with OEMs, consultants, and Subcontractors.

Logistics & Procurement

Management of project team including logistics, procurement, accounting, project controls, construction, quantity surveying, ES&H, QA/QC and contracts managers to deliver the EPC project per baseline (scope, budget, and schedule).

Capability platform

Management of expatriates, local staff, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure the availability and implementation of the capability platform (human resources, IT, technical systems, and execution systems & procedures) to meet client and project demands.

Robust Organization structure

Establishing an integrated organizational structure, including off- and on shore project functional responsibilities and specialist support services. Definition the project Charter and communicated roles, responsibilities and authorities to project team members/partners and the Client to ensure project completion in a safe manner, within budget, on schedule, and in conformance with the prime contract.
