Chairman
Mr. Tawakol has +23 years experience in the industrial and contracting business and is responsible for the profit & Loss of Cable trays and Galvanization factories. Mr. Tawakol is Chairman of GILA Galvanization Factory, and Chairman of NTT Al Tawakol. He is also Chairman of Winnergy Renewable Energy S.A.E, and serves as a Board Member of GILA AL Tawakol Electric. Mr. Tawakol has a proven track record in project financing from World bank and asset management.
Sameh H. Gemei, P.E.

Mr. Sameh has +35 years in the Power, O&G, and infrastructure with EPC and EPCM contractors in domestic USA projects and International projects in Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and Southeast Asia. Managed EPC LSTK Projects from $500 Million up to $2.4Billion, Mr. Sameh has rich experience in EPC projects as a Project Director or project sponsor of multiple projects from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out, assisting in developing proposals, pricing strategies and preparing proposal execution strategies/plans including project execution plans. Supervised the development of budgets and schedules, managed performance, reports progress, and initiated action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work was performed within budget and according to specifications. Resolved problems and coordinated the final turnover of the project to the Client. Provided leadership for the development and maintenance of a high-performance project team. He is a licensed professional Engineer in the state Georgia since 1991 and in the state of Texas since 1988.

Ahmed Zaki

Business Developer Manager
Mr. Ahmed is a qualified and certified electrical engineer with over 8 years of experience in mega scale projects in both management and construction fields. He served as a project manager and construction manager in solar power stations (EPC) mega scale projects for over 7 years, designing, installing and commissioning all electrical components in site with relevant total capacity 300 MW in PV. He also successfully commissioned more than 13 solar power stations inside and outside Egypt.
