Mr. Tawakol has +23 years experience in the industrial and contracting business and is responsible for the profit & Loss of Cable trays and Galvanization factories. Mr. Tawakol is Chairman of GILA Galvanization Factory, and Chairman of NTT Al Tawakol. He is also Chairman of Winnergy Renewable Energy S.A.E, and serves as a Board Member of GILA AL Tawakol Electric. Mr. Tawakol has a proven track record in project financing from World bank and asset management.

Mr. Maher is a qualified and certified electrical engineer with over 8 years of experience in mega scale projects in both management and construction fields. He served as a project manager and construction manager in solar power stations (EPC) mega scale projects for over 7 years, designing, installing and commissioning all electrical components in site with relevant total capacity 300 MW in PV. He also successfully commissioned more than 13 solar power stations inside and outside Egypt.
