Mohamed H. Tawakol (Chairman)
Mr. Tawakol has +23 years' experience in the industrial and contracting business and is responsible for the profit & Loss of Cable trays and Galvanization factories. Mr. Tawakol is Chairman of GILA Galvanization Factory, and Chairman of NTT Al Tawakol. He is also Chairman of Winery Renewable Energy S.A.E, and serves as a Board Member of GILA AL Tawakol Electric. Mr. Tawakol has a proven track record in project financing from World bank and asset management.
Sameh H. Gemei (CEO & Founder)
Mr. Sameh has +35 years in the Power, O&G, and infrastructure with EPC and EPCM contractors in domestic USA projects and international projects in Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and Southeast Asia. Managed EPC LSTK Projects from $500 Million up to $2.4Billion, Mr. Sameh has rich experience in EPC projects as a Project Director or project sponsor of multiple projects from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out, assisting in developing proposals, pricing strategies and preparing proposal execution strategies/plans including project execution plans. Supervised the development of budgets and schedules, managed performance, reports progress, and initiated action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work was performed within budget and according to specifications. Resolved problems and coordinated the final turnover of the project to the Client. Provided leadership for the development and maintenance of a high-performance project team. He is a licensed professional Engineer in the state Georgia since 1991 and in the state of Texas since 1988.
Mohtady Ibrahim (Vice President Operations)
Mr. Mohtady is an accomplished Vice President of Operations with 14 years of progressive experience overseeing organizational performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution. Known for his strong leadership and results-driven approach, he specializes in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth across diverse business functions. With extensive expertise in operations management, resource planning, and cross-departmental coordination, he ensures seamless project delivery and high-performance standards. Mr. Mohtady’s commitment to quality, strategic insight, and operational discipline make him an invaluable asset to any organization.
Mohamed Sabra (BD & Proposal Manager)
Mr. Mohamed Sabra with 16+ years of diversified experience in the Middle East & Africa lead the strategic growth and tendering activities of GTCI. In addition to his major in engineering, he got the Master's degree in strategic management on February 2021. His role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and positioning the company competitively across local and international markets.
He oversee the full proposals lifecycle—from opportunity screening and bid/no-bid decisions to managing multidisciplinary proposal teams, developing winning strategies, and ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality technical and commercial submissions. By aligning our capabilities with client expectations and industry standards ,he work to secure sustainable projects that contribute to the company’s long-term success.
In addition, he collaborate closely with executive management, engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams to translate client needs into value-driven solutions. His mission is to drive growth, enhance our market presence, and consistently deliver proposals that reflect our commitment to excellence, innovation, and reliable project execution.
