Managing , coordinating, and administering EPC projects in Joint Ventures or Consortium with Division of responsibility (DOR) from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out. Monitored work, managed conflict, and took corrective actions as needed.
Management of all phases of planning and execution of project activities with a variety of scopes that includes engineering, procurement, project controls, construction subcontracts, commissioning and Start up. Managed the financial phases of EPC execution progression with their interfaces and interdependencies..
Provide contracts negotiation, scope changes, claims, and conflict resolution with OEMs, consultants, and Subcontractors.
Development of budgets and schedules, managed performance, reports progress, and initiated action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work was performed within budget and according to specifications. Establishing project execution plans with Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure meeting the As Sold goals of Safety, Quality, and Profitability.
